After SimCity, this was truly an open objective for Colossal Order and Paradox Interactive, however Cities: Skylines is a strong city developer in its own particular right. It's the disconnected from the net inviting, mod-cheerful city sim you've been searching for, on a gigantic scale that makes SimCity's square shaped villas look like...well, as square shaped villages. It's not immaculate, but rather this is a fun and addictive city developer that was very much timed to welcome players left frustrated by EA and Maxis.
